According to Bilyana Gyaurova - Wegertseder the individuals who are at key positions and who are elected through vicious and scandalous procedures have to use their own judgement to decide what they have to undertake from a moral perspective. She is on the opinion that a pressure of this kind on the court and such binding between the court and the Executive is a negative event and had never happened to that extent the last 20 years.
Bilyana Gyaurova is confident that a serious thought should be given to the question what constitutional amendments and changes in the Judicial System Act are to be undertaken in order to guarantee an effective division between the court and the prosecution office. If there is a procedure that is transparent and foreseeable enough, the people who will be in the management of the Judiciary - the Supreme Judicial Council, will have a different motivation to carry out their duties.
