Has the time come for constitutional amendments which would improve the judiciary and eliminate its typical problems? Has the time come for the Supreme Judicial Council to be reformed fundamentally through the Constitution and through the Judicial System Act, i.e. its constitution and functioning to be changed?

According to Bilyana Gyaurova - Wegertseder the meeting convened by the Minister of Justice indicated that there are consolidated opinions and statements of the leading NGOs which work in the area of judicial reform, for mutual efforts for amendments in the Constitution and the JSA.
