Capital.bg: The Intolerable Levity of the Words of a Minister

"At this stage we won't press charges against Nikolay Russinov for Yana Krusteva's murder". These are the words of Nikolay Kokinov - the President of the Sofia City Prosecution Office. He explained that observing prosecutors had assessed that all the pieces of evidence lead to the conclusion that the real perpetrator is in jail.

The statement of the prosecution office - the only institution which by law can press charges - is in a complete contrast with the explicit declarations made by the Minister of Interior a few days ago.

We remind you that on Friday Tsvetan Tsvetanov stated from the parliamentary rostrum that Yana's killers are two - one of them is being tracked and the other is arrested. The gathered pieces of evidence were supposed to be faultless.
