During the nomination campaign for a new Prosecutor General, BILI successfully managed to complete the profiles of the three candidates for the post: Borislav Sarafov, Head of the Specialized Appellate Prosecution Office; Galina Toneva, Deputy Prosecutor General and Sotir Tcatcarov, who is President of Regional Court Plovdiv. Each profile was sent personally to the concrete nominee. Mr Sarafov did not enter any comments into the content of his profile. Ms Toneva presented a few clarifications on the field of practice of her husband – attorney Plamen Dachev. Mr Tsatsarov entered detailed comments related to some of his properties. Also, in his profile you may find information regarding two successively filed requests to the Ministry of Interior under the Access to Public Information Act.
