Bilyana Gyaurova-Wegertseder comments the pressing issue of the elections of high rank officials in an article published at Capital.bg: "One of the major critics shared in the last CVM Report of the European Commission was addressing the missing or insufficient procedural rules regarding key appointments in the state. Once again the Commission pointed out the scandals surrounding the election of Constitutional Court Justices and Head of the National Agency for State Security. And, once again this problem was not assessed by the governing bodies as serious and capable of leading the country to deep institutional crisis."
