The gratuitous provision of  legal advice is part of the project Partnership for Roma Protection, Prevention and Promotion. Legal consultations will be provided every monday, tuesday and thursday  from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the Legal clinic reception-hall in Veliko Tarnovo University "Sv.Sv. Kiril i Metodii"*.

The project is implemented in four countries of the Balkan Region – Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Macedonia. BILI is the leading partner organization at local level and the Veliko Turnovo University “Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii”  Faculty of Law is respectively the only partner in Bulgaria, commented chief assistant in law Yanka Tyankova.
Leading goals of the project are protection against discrimination of   Roma by improving their access to justice and enhancing their legal awareness and literacy. “We organized the so-called Law schools in the Roma communities to explain their basic rights but with emphasis on their obligations.” According to Tyankova, problems of  Roma people are more social and related to labour law and health issues.
