“Being Mr. Nobody” is a short documentary video, produced by BILI Foundation within the regional project “Partnership for Roma Protection and Prevention”.
The video addresses some serious problems emerged by the regulations on permanent address registration in Bulgaria which make the issuance of identity documents directly dependent on the possession of property or a tenancy agreement.
