Bilyana defined the upcoming procedure as total ignorance of all democratic rules. Today's procedure is suppose to include 2 minute presentation of each nominee and respectively 3 minutes for self-presentation and this hardly could be called а real procedure.
We remind that the nominees were announced literally hours before the today's hearing. Аmong them are the names of Tsony Tsonev and Ivan Kolev. It is noticeable that only two of the ten nominees are of currently practicing judges. Today, at 3 pm, will be decided if the Parliamental Committee of Legal Affairs will comply with the call of the NGO sector and postpone the scheduled hearing.
